PATH Intl Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor

People & Animal Learning Services (PALS) in Bloomington, Indiana, is looking for motivated PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructors. Instructors are responsible for:

  • Teaching riding or ground lessons as assigned.
  • Responsible for lesson planning and progress notes for each client.
  • Developing and delivering the lesson plan with the safety of the client, volunteers, and horse(s) in mind.
  • Ensuring the barn is set up and taken down properly prior to and after lessons.

ESMHL Certified Instructor/Instructor in Training

People & Animal Learning Services (PALS) is looking for motivated ESMHL Instructors. Equine Specialists in Mental Health and Learning ensure the safety and well-being of the equine participating in mental health or equine-assisted learning sessions and serve as the equine expert during equine-human interactions. The ESMHL works alongside a mental health professional or educator in unmounted activities.
