PALS seeks a part-time (full-time will be considered) Executive Director. The Executive Director (ED) plans, organizes, leads and oversees the operational, financial, technical and administrative functions of PALS. This position is responsible for providing the management leadership to work toward the fulfillment of PALS’ mission, vision, and strategic plan. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in nonprofit work. PALS is seeking a part-time Barn Assistant. Candidates must possess an understanding of basic principles of horse care and handling techniques. PALS’ Barn Assistants are responsible for ensuring daily horse care needs are met including feeding, turnout, and mucking/bedding stalls.
